Stevie Vincent
Stevie Vincent is the forefather of “forensic sports handicapping” based on the principal of forensic economics.
Already considered the leading authority on probability and statistics as it applies to sports gaming, football betting, and basketball pointspread winners, Vincent took it a step further.
Captivated by a research paper authored by a University of Pennsylvania professor who used forensic economics to argue a significant percentage of college basketball games were fixed, Vincent used data mining software and a web crawler unearthing consistent patterns of when teams were likely to cover or fail to cover the spread. However, Vincent does not believe the anomalies are evidence of underworld influence, but proof that not only are there distinct patters of when a team will peak and bottom out, but forensic handicapping exploits when oddsmakers overuse recent data resulting in “overlays” or “underlays” (bad lines) by the oddsmakers. He also believes some off lines are intentional in anticipation of predictably inaccurate public perception.
Vincent’s research answers one of handicapping’s great mysteries: how to weigh long term versus short term data. “It depends, but it is now ascertainable how and when to evaluate the fluid variables” asserts Vincent.
In short, forensic handicapping evaluates data and detects the confluence of team, oddsmaker and public tendencies producing an end product being the most scientifically valid sports selections ever.
Vincent is former Executive Editor of the popular scorephone “Tailgate Parties” and has been a consultant to several top handicappers.

Shea Matthews and Ivan Hurk
Shea and Ivan are Ontario based wunderkinds who built up a large devout following among bettors in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). With several online sportsbooks in the region, they were recruited, by those sites, to make picks with write-ups for search engine optimization.
There was a major problem: the picks won. And won.
Then they won some more.
Clients were drawn to the sportsbooks, but betting those picks. The online books gained clients and lost money. A ton of money. The bookmakers learned to be careful what they asked for.
Once they were told to stop winning or else, they were hired by as consultants and continued winning picks via the MasterLockLine as part of a special arrangement.
Upon becoming the winningest source in the history of the LockLine/SuperLockLine/MasterLockLine, their role was expanded again as a separate entity.
As of January 4, 2010, they are hired by as their exclusive home to winning picks and columns.

Matt Rivers
Matt Rivers has been working as a Handicapper as long as some people have been alive. He was the top rated handicapper for years at a previous outlet and left for a new challenge once again proving he is the best in the business, bar none!  Matt received a Bachelor of Arts from a top 20 college, Emory University in Atlanta, and has worked at two major television networks covering both pro and college sports. A thorough knowledge of the sports world combined with personal gambling experience along with years of professional handicapping has helped mold Mr. Rivers into the rock solid consistent winner that he is today.   Matt does not attempt to fool anyone and claim these betting situations happen everyday. But they do occur every week, especially with a slate of 70 college and pro football games, or 90 college basketball games. And finding those games is how Matt, and his clients, always make money.
